is SLI possible with 7800GTX both with Arctic cooler

I have one evga gtx with arctic silencer accerlero and one xtx with same cooler. will both fit in sli mode and does it matter that it is 2 different 7800 GTX 256 meg version?

Depends on which motherboard, some motherboards have limited space for SLi and some have loads.

Which motherboard do you have?

And YES you can use different brands of 7800GTX in SLi with the latest drivers.

Sorry, just to clarify-

You have 2x 7800GTX's 256mb? Both with the Artic Cooler?

Why not just try and see if it fits? If not, swap the cooler for a VF900.

it is asus sli premium 939. 2 gtx7800 both with accelero X1
