Dual DVI Passive/Fanless card?

What's a dual dvi card that's passive/fanless? Sapphire's 3450 512MB is supposed to be, but the actual card is dvi/vga..

there is the 8600GT Silent Pipe from Gigabyte, or you could get something newer, any ATI dual DVI or nVidia dual DVI card and put an Accelero S1 Rev 2 on it. its a very popular solution.

there are also fanless versions of the 9600GT ("were" rather, discontinued AFAIK).

there's also the EVGA warranty that doesn't void if you change the stock cooler.

The 3470 got dual dvi.
