That's one niche card: you need lots of space on top but not have a case big enough for http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6814131346 the PowerColor Go! Green AX5750 .

It looked like a single-slot card from the photo. Is it not? That's worth something.

Appears to use a design similar to the HD4670 Ultimate. It doesn't take up an extra slot under the card, but the heatsink takes up some space above and to the side of the card.
