Zalman HP80C or Arctic Cooling VGA Silencers

I have an ATI AIW 9800 card and want to replace the loud fan with something more quiet. If I go with the zalman, I'll get the optional 80mm fan with it. I like the Arctic Cooling unit because it blow the hot air out of the case, and the zalman because it blows over the whole card and probably helps cool the memory on the card. Which of the two vga coolers would people here recommend?

i suggest zalman 80-c which is completely silent without the fan
thats what i run, an ati 9800 pro with zalman 80-c no fan
i dont overclock it though since there are no fans and since i cant know the temp
