Surely, this should be a main contender of the SPCR grail?

Here's a test (Googlenglish).
The system barely manages to keep a Core i7-5960X and a GTX 970 cool. There's no turbo ,the CPU throtles a bit and all components get quite warm. But the system runs. A socket 1150 CPU would probably a better choice for this cooling setup. It's a very temperature limited, expensive and perfectly quiet setup.
On the other hand: slow spinning high quality fans are barely audible, and if the graphics card's fans speed up, you're playing a game with sound that's louder than the fans. You can get this setup for a lot less cash.
