Here you go:
Zalman is announcing the voluntary recall of the flow indicator of the Reserator 1
1. Reason for recall : Water leakage concerns of the flow indicator
2. Recall Item : Current model of flow indicator with blue plastic fittings
3. The Service Period : 07/14/04 -
4. Service : Replace the Previous flow indicator with the new model
5. How to apply : Submit a service request form through our website (see below)
6. Shipment : Within I week from the date that the service request form is received.
(shipping costs will be paid by Zalman)

It's nice to see them stand behind their product.

I don't know and don't care if mine leaks 'cause I never installed the indicator anyway. My computers spend a lot more time running without me around than with me around. The indicator didn't seem to be of much use without anyone around to indicate to. :)

What I meant was submitting the form. When you hit submit, it would generate an error page.

silent pc (who I bought mine off) sent me a replacement with out me even knowing there was a problem! that's what I call sevice
