Danger Den TDX Accelerator Nozzles

I Just ordered 2 Danger Den TDX's for my Xeon's and I also purchased the extra Accelerator Nozzles. What is the deal with these things? Which one is the best one to use? Does it depend on your particular system? My pump is a Swiftech MCP650. Are the nozzles that let more water through better or are the ones that let less through?
