Need help here, Antec solo, STILL NOT happy

I have got a new build
Asus P5B
DDR2 4GB
Intel Q9550 + Nouctua Cooler + Noctua 120 FAN (NF-P12)
Noctua 120mm BACk Silent Adapter USED - white one
Noctua 92mm Front Silent Adapter USED - white one
HIS 3650 Passive
Corsair TX750W
Raptor Velocity 150GB (cant hear this damn thing) other then seek.

The overall system is still loud (I can hear it from far away)

The Corsair 750 is your problem. It's >30 dBA/1m at turn on. Swap it for a 650, Seasonic, Enermax 82+ or just do a fan swap. You system draws less than 200W max.
