How to [quiet] a Dell Zino HD?

I bought a Dell Zino HD presuming it would be quiet but it is not. Any suggestions for dampening or replacing the fan would be welcome.

Could you post some pictures of the internals of it and tell us whats making the noise?

I was tracking the Zino HD via AVS Forum for the first 96 pages or so of the thread...my conclusion is that there are some build quality issues with this product. Some ship that are pretty quiet and some ship with poorly installed heatsink causing the fan/blower to go to max rpm to keep within the thermal envelope. If you think this is your problem, I'd suggest not messing with it and RMA the product for a replacement.
