Where are the other 45nm Core 2 Duos?

I keep hearing about the Core 2 Duo E8400, but not about the E8200 or the E8500. I looked on google product search and it seems that all of the stores that list them are out of stock. Have the Core 2 Duo E8200 and E8500 been released yet?
