Greetings :D

46c under what load?
Have you stress tested it?

"But what's stock temps?"........don't understand that line.....what is your question?

Wether you should overclock depends on a few things.

1: Do you understand the methods involved?
2: Do you have adequate cooling arrangements in place?
3: Do you actually have a need for added speed?

Elaborate some on what you have and what you want from it. :D

Edit.....ah, just found another post of yours.

ASUS P5K AiLifestyle Series
BFG 8800GT OC 512MB
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
OCZ 2GB Kit DDR2 800MHz
Scythe Ninja-PLUS
SataII 16 cache 250gb

Certainly it's a decent enough rig and could probably be ramped up some
but I would suggest you read up on (it if overclocking is new to you) before you make changes.

Seems it's a brand new build----enjoy it and get a feel for it first :D

P.S...I trust you bought a decent power supply?

I would suggest a good power supply should be your next move.
Check the recommendations at this site..

My personal preference is for Corsair/Seasonic.
