Would love to see comparisons between it and the Intel G45 mini-itx board.

Capability-wise Nvidia 9300 trounces Intel G45. Intel's reputation as a MB vendor trounces Zotac. Intel has been terrible with coming out with chipset drivers in a timely fashion, though. It's hard to stomach paying more for a Zotac than an Intel. Final verdict depends on how much you need the features that still seem iffy on G45 vs. 9300, like 24P and 7.1 LPCM.
And if you're going to install 3rd party hsf that doesn't use push-pin (eg. Thermalright, Noctua, etc), you can forget about the Intel G45 mini ITX boards.
They have a chip on the bottom of the board near one of the mounting holes that makes it impossible to install most heatsinks with a mounting bracket.
