I'm running running that board with the following components:

AMD Athlon X2 240 (undervolted to 1.125v in bios)
4 gigs of DDR2 RAM (Mushkin)
Seagate 7200.11 500GB HDD
Pioneer DVR-218LBK

This setup currently idles around 42w in Windows XP.

I think MSI is better in terms of power consumption based on my experience and SPCR's reviews.

yeah I read that, thats the DDR3 board though(I think?), not the DD2 one.

I would hope its VERY similar, but I am not sure
