Where [can I find an Accelero S1 rev 2]????

Post by ctro82 » Mon Feb 25, 2008 6:49 am

Does anyone know where I can find an Accelero S1 rev 2? Every place i've looked is either sold out, or gouging the price up to 40 bucks US.

Maybe someone here has one they are not using they can sell?

Is there an easily available alternative for an 8800 GT ??

Thanks

Revision 1 is supposed to support 8000GT cards so if you can find this one the performance will be the same.

I haven't been able to find the Rev. 1, either.

I'd suggest looking for a used one on a forum. New and older revisions of the Accelero S1 are either overpriced or hard to find..

ugh out of stock again
It was definitely in stock when I posted.

It goes in and out of stock there a lot; you might want to sign up for email notification. When I bought mine, it was in stock for only about 5 minutes.

I was going to suggest SVC, since I ordered one from them last week - not in stock anymore.

Wow... NCIXUS.com also had them last week, but now are OOS, too. They have pretty steep shipping, so I didn't order from them.
