Best PSU for this build?

Best PSU for this build?

My build consists of the following:

E6300 OC'd to at least 3ghz
Gigabyte DQ6
8800 GTS 320MB
2gb PC6400 CL4 RAM
Asus DVDRW
WD 74gb
WD 320gb
2x Antec TriCool + 1x Nexus 120mm @ 12v

is the Corsair HX520w enough for this?

You could probably get away with running dual 8800gtx's on that psu. But it might be getting close.
