Coolermaster Extreme Power 500W ATX 12V V2.01 Silent Power

I need a power supply for my Music pc. Its got a old athlon xp2600+, all I really want is a silent and cheap one, and reliable to keep my raid1 alive. The Coolermaster Extreme Power 500W ATX 12V V2.01 Silent Power Supply 20/24PIN 120MM Fan seems dirt cheap.

For that sort of money/machine, I'd get the Antec Earthwatts 380W
