Which quieter Antec Neopower 650w or Corsair HX620?

Hi Guys,

Is the corsair HX620 alot more quieter than the antec neopower 650w? im trying to make my computer even more quiet. So wondering is it worth switching psu.

Here is my setup:
- Lian Li B10 case (all stock fan is unplug)
- Noctua U12P cpu cooler (change stock fan to Noctual S12B ULN fan 500RPM)
- passive graphic card (no fan)
- WD 2.5" 500GB Sata hd
- WD 3.5" 1TB Green Power Sata HD

The Corsair 620HX should be quieter since it uses a 120mm fan to cool itself whereas the Neopower 650 only uses a 80mm fan.
