Are PicoPSU-like supplies the best option at low loads?

I think this power brick is some cheap chinese PoS, that's why it has so tragic efficiency. There are good units on the market reaching over 90 %, however, you just won't pay 15 euros for them. But around 30 I think they can be found in 120-150W range. In time I will be stocking those as there is still not really many of them while there are quality brand importes to Europe…and most of the chinese no-name ones I've seen are just garbage. Even it good ones will cost twice as much as the chinese crap, it would still be good.

That ST-30SF is crap from FSP, those can go bad with capacitors in about two years if used heavily. That's supposed to be a good deal? I got full box of those in OEM version. If you want, can send the completely refurbished, THAN it is a good deal.
