modding an antec trueblue 350watt

it's the one that came with the lanboy, and it's far too loud.

There is a 92mm fan at the bottom and an 80mm at the back, both supposedly temperature controlled but still unreasonably loud.

I have bought a psu cover with no blowhole, i was considering buying a quiet 80mm fan, making a duct and leaving it at that, but will it get too hot?

I'm willing to change the heatsinks for the voltage regulators etc. in the psu if it'll help.

Maybe a muffled duct+fan+filter on top of the case would be a good idea? that way i'd still have two fans-worth of airflow and no noise at all.
