S12 vs SS-401HT

A swedish website is claiming that SS-401HT is a bulk S12, or so it seems:

"SS-401HT (Bulk S12) 400Watt"

Is this right? I want the S12 of course, but its still not available in Sweden.

According the seasonic website, the S12s are black, which is something I want, and they have different power-ratings (400 vs 430w for example).

How close to eachother are these PSUs? Especially noise-wise!
