I'm considering this product over Silverstone 300w Fanless

This one is only $80 AUS where as the Silverstone is $235 aus.

I have the 400 Watt model and this is certainly not a silent PSU!!

I use the fanless 420 Watt Yesico PSU with TMS and am very satisfied with it: www.yesico.de

If you want a silent PSU then I wouldn't recommend Zalman.

If it is only 300 Watt that you need and you can't buy Yesico (I think you can only get it in Europe en Asia for the time being) I would consider the Silverstone or the Antec Phantom.
Zalman is going to release PSU's with a 120 mm fan in the future. Their fanless psu: NEPS 400 is postponned without promise.

Or look at the Enermax noisetakers maybe, and around AUD100? http://www.silentpcreview.com/article149-page1.html I've got a Zalman 400b, and it's by far and away the noisiest thing in my system, although to be fair, it's basically inaudible from 2m away, and it isn't a terribly intrusive sort of noise.
