i never can get their videos to run, i think its cause my cable modem is kinda sporatic with its speed, it will start playing the movie then it will just stop and not freeze up for a few minutes so i ussually just close it.

Try downloading the video to your HDD and run it from there. That´s what I usually do (On a 512Kb/256Kb ADSL).
