Need PSU Advice for Silent Dual Xeon Workstation

Hello:

My old Silenx 520W is dead :/, just 15 days after the end of the warranty

Thanks for giving me an advice for the choice of a new PSU
I need the more silencious PSU (except Silenx) I can use on

a Dual xeon 3.0Ghz noconas system with

* NCCH DL require 28A at least on the 12v Rail (may be some PSU can mix the 2 12V rails)

* Gforce 6800 GT

* 2 PCI card

* 2 X 1 Go + 2 X 512Mo RAM

* 3 Hard drives

* 2 DVD rom drives
