For all you in the US make sure you check your PSU Voltage Switch make sure it's set for 115 not 230. I received a silverstone PSU with the red switch set for 230 had to set it right.

This is a fairly common occurrence and is certainly something I check on every new PSU. Many of the newer PSUs have universal voltage input though, which makes them effectively idiot-proof.

It is much safer to plug 115v into a 230 volt setting than to plug 230v into the 115v set psu!!!!

GlassMan: Definitely! Plug 115v into a 230v set PSU, you're not going to harn it, it just won't turn on. Vice versa, and you blow up the PSU and quite probably other components.
