49 amp +12 single rail, rated at 83% efficiency (no load level given). Only a 3 year warranty and 3% regulation, most PCP&C products are 5 year and 1%. $159 plus shipping

CFM 22-50 would suggest its a low to medium speed fan though..

49A on 12V is "only" 588W so it´s definately possible, but it sure can´t deliver that and full load on 3.3 and 5V also, but what PSU can? I quite like the idea of one strong 12V rail :) Not that i have any hardware that needs more than 200W..
