Tagan 480W better than the Seasonic Super Silence 400?

These guys seem to think its pretty good - 21db at 500pm and 28db at max rpm.

DirkVader seems to like it as well (real dB measurements included):

It looks very promising. Low noise, good quality, acceptable price, nice big heatsinks inside.
But why did they have to put 2 fans in there?
They even had to make things cramped to fit in the second fan and they couldn't even fit in a normal sized fan there.

With a single 80mm fan in a PSU on the opposite side from the exhaust would be very good. It could be silenced easilly to become inaudiable.
