antec sonata replacement PSU

im thinking of replacing the stock psu in my sonata

i dont want to mess around with fan swaps so im wondreing what people reccomend

im looking for a reasonably priced, quieter than the sonata 380 PSU at around 350-400Watt

what do you recommend

i was looking at a fortron type what do they go like compared to the sonata stock 380

I tend to favor the Nexus and Seasonic models. The new seasonic, ss-400 i think is the model , looks like a winner.
