Which is more quieter/faster/reliable?

I will use it as my primary HDD since i'm working on a HTPC which will be my primary and only PC. I know that they are not as fast as my current WD6400AAKS but i want something so i cann put in the case (long story)...When SSD becomes cheaper i will probably just use SSD for OS and one of these for storage...heat is not an issue only noise,performance and reliability.

I'm interested in one of these two, or an hard disk of this capacity even more silent.
Suggestions? :D
