New Hard Drive or Lian Li Case mod help

Hi,
my seagate 7200.7 vibrate causing the case to hummm
mmmmmmmmmhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh mmmmmmmmmmmmhhhhhhhhh
it goes and goes. Its not loud but I can hear it its annoying. I tried with screws and lying the HD on foam in the cages but since the HD always touch the HD cages the vibration is alwasy there. I moved 1 HD where my floopy drive is (doesnt touch the case and lies on foam) and the other one is attached with the HD mounting screws and the vibration is now gone since the other HD seems to cause the majority of the problem.
I would like to buy another BIG HD now but I am worried about the humming noise issues! I cant put it where the floopy is since it gets to hot (55C) and I am not putting a new HD there.
I read about the 7200.9 review here but the review says it has a high pitched whine... does anyone else have experiences with it.
any recommendation for a 400G HD?

noise is bad but vibration is just as bad.
