Best 320GB 2.5 inch 5400rpm drive?

So what's the best 320GB 5400 rpm drive these days?

I'm leaning towards the Western Digital Scorpio WD3200BEVT---although the $30 rebate on the Hitachi at newegg is also interesting.

Anything else I need to consider? I'm looking for the best combination of price, quietness and performance. Not necessarily in that order.
