Does anyone know of any quiet/silent SATA Muti-Bay (5 drives in 3 5.25" bays, ex. Icy Dock MB455SPF) racks?

Considering soft mounting is pretty much impossible with hot swap backplane I wouldn't expect any of them to be quiet.
(Icy Dock's metal spring surely can prevent loose rattling but I don't think it can stop vibration)

But at least Lian Li's hot swap module has 12cm fan instead of "tiny turbojet"

The Lian Li would be an option but what happens when a hard drive fails? How would you be able to tell which one died?
