Is WD15EADS best for my needs?

Post by sNNooPY » Thu Nov 05, 2009 4:33 am

Hello!

I'm planning on storage upgrade and so far, WD's WD15EADS (Caviar Green, 1.5TB) seems like a best deal out there.
It will be exclusively used as a storage HDD with just one partition and OUT of the computer inside an Icybox case. I will connect it to the computer couple of times a week, the rest of the time it would sit in the drawer.

What's your opinion?

Can't think of a reason why that wouldn't be a good solution. I have one in my WHS box and it's quiet, cool, and big.
