Recommend a 1U cooler please?

Hi all,

I am planning to move my current HTPC from a full size Silverstone case into an Omaura case (which has been sitting in the garage for years). I currently use a Swiftech MCX4000, but the Omaura case is only 1U in height, so I will need to replace the cooler.

The CPU is only a Core 2 Duo Mobile T7400, so I am not too worried about the cooling, although I cannot leave it passive as it sits in a cabinet. I am a bit worried about noise though.

So any suggestions?
