Which is the better one? my local computer store told me that the arctic cooling was both cheaper and much more silent. I was gonna buy the zalman before but now I dont really know.. please help me.. is the Arctic Cooling any good?

I have the same question. The Zalman is vastly superior, but I found the Artic Cooling Super Silent Pro (ND4) for 8.41€ (about 7$). I want to replace the old Intel HSF that is getting noisy after two years, but the Zalman is too expensive (39€) for that.

Will I hate the Artic Cooling? Will it at least do the job? Will I see an increase in temperatures compared to the Intel HSF?
