Is the Freezer 4 good enough for a Celeron D 340 (S478)?

I am thinking about getting the Freezer 4 to cool the Celeron D 340 as my motherboard does not have any options to undervolt the CPU. Will it be sufficient at, say, 7-9 Volts? (I'd get the XP-90 but I know it's not going to fit in my case.)

Yep, it should be enought. I have that one on my P4 3Ghz and no chassifans. Heat is around 45-46 when I play games.
