DFI RS482 + XP120 or SI 120

Post by garmpe » Sun Apr 23, 2006 4:32 pm

I'm building an HTPC in an Antec NSK2400 and the final component to nail down is the HSF. I'll be using the RS482 MB (as in Mike C's review of the NSK2400) but would like to use either the XP120 or the SI-120 HS. As far as I have seen, cooling ability is pretty similar but I'm not sure (and haven't come across anything) to clarify which HS would fit the RS482 mobo and if either would be preferable in the NSK2400.

As Mike pointed out, having the fins go side-to-side rather than front to back would be preferable.

Has anyone had experience with these heatsinks and this mobo?
