When there is air leaking, you don't have damage ;)

And not to mention Air Coolings maitenance is 3 mins with pressurised air can and get the dust out with vacuum cleaner, where in water you need at least once a year, change liquids and clean entire system for preventing algae forming and other nasty things.

My vote for aircooling.

Watercooling is a huge investment with little return, and you can get just as good or even better results with plain old air - depending on setup. Maintenance and installation will be easier with aircooling, and you end up with fewer risk factors. In case you go to LAN parties or the like, watercooling will just be a burden as you have to take the plumbing apart and then reassemble and possibly refill it once at the scene.

Watercooling still makes noise(often quite noticeable amounts of it), and it's a tougher job setting it up and keeping it running. It's a specialised solution for special jobs, and I don't see a reason to recommend it for silent computing.

Is that an 9700 NT? How is the noise property?

Not long ago, water cooling was a necessity for a silent or overclocked computer, but since heat pipes made it in, I don't see a reason to ever go back to water cooling.

It's so much easier silencing fans than water pumps.
