New Arctic Cooling fans?

I was roaming about Newegg and saw that Arctic Cooling had new fans out:

I'm tempted to try one, but I honestly don't know how they perform noise-wise. Has anyone tried them?

They look to be identical to the fans used on their CPU heatsinks- should be quiet enough at 5~7V. I like the way they included the soft mounting chassis with the fan, so you can just bolt the thing onto your case and not worry about vibrations

Cheap as well...

edit: Ok, apparently they're exhaust-only fans, due to the soft-mount chassis. However, since there's only two wires running to the fan, it could be made to blow backwards, but I think that would reduce the effectiveness of the fan because the blades are designed to spin one-way only
