I just recently bought a 5 bay esata harddrive enclosure, as seen here:

Problem is the 80cm fans are way too loud and I'm having trouble finding replacement fans because the tail end connector is very different. The connector looks identical to the one used on the Panaflo fans, the end that plugs into the fan (it looks like a much smaller version of the standard 3-pin connector).
So I figure it would probably be best to go for:
1) A fan with this type of connector (which i cant find)
2) Get a 3pin tail fan adapter (can't find either)
2) Buy a Panaflo fan and find a connector for the Panaflo fan that is the same on both sides (which I also can't find)
Can anyone help or suggest any alternatives?

See here.
I can't use the original connectors, because would mean I'd have to find a way to remove them from the leads. Plus the leads on normal 3-pin fans would be too large to fit inside these connectors.
And using that Panaflo connector wouldn't really work because if i used that to connect to the main board, I'm left with the other end of the cable which is a male connector, so where would I plug in the fan?
