Help me choose from these fans

I've got this system:

AMD XP2600+ (hopefuly I will change this to a mobile XP soon).
A cheap Spire Falcon Rock CPU cooler (fan at 5V) - keeps my temps under 60 deg. C (load)
ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe motherboard
2x256 MB RAM
Fanless Sapphire Radeon 9600, softmoded to FireGL T2 (for CAD)
Segate 120 Gb PATA drive, suspended rubber strings
A generic 400W PSU, fan at 5V, grills removed
Antec SX835II case (removed all fans, 3.5" drive bays, dust filter, ...)

Running like this for about 2 months.

I is already very quiet (thanks to this site).

But I need to change the fans, the PSU one makes a ticking noise, the
CPU one also.

I can get one of these:

Papst 8412 N/2 GLE (1500 RPM at 12V)
Papst 8412 N/2 GLLE (1000 RPM at 12V)
Vantec Stealth SF8025L
YS-Tech FD 1281251B-2A

Don't know about the others but the Vantec Stealth is rubbish

Papst or Panaflo L1A.....Ys Tech is a toned down Tornado.
