ThermalTake SilentCat 90mm fan - Performance with silence?

Says ~52cfm @ 21dB. Anyone have one of these fans to put some truth to these claims?

That is total Bull%@#$. I've said it once, and I've said it again, ThermalTake is the ONLY brand you want to go to if you want LOUD (both visually and acoustically) products. I had a ThermalTake Silent Boost, and let me tell you, it was FAR from silent.

I think SilentPC should give out annual awards to products and companies.

Maybe Thermaltake would notice after they received their 3rd consecutive "Worst bulshitters in industry" award
