Good price for the UK but for those that don't mind ordering from the US (Jab-Tech)

D12SL Black - $3.50
D12SL Orange - $3.99
D12SL Blue LED - $5.95

Put 4 of the Blue LED fans in my basket and shipping started at $15.75. Total was $35.55 (under £19).

Tempted to get the Blue LED ones.

The UK Yate-Loon are very much cheaper than any UK Nexus I've seen. I snagged the last orange from Chilled PC, he's expecting the next delivery in around 14 days if you're picky about the colour.

You can get 5 D12SL (black) from jab-tech to the UK for less than the price of 3 from chilledpc. ($30.75 vs £17.84)

Going 'cheep'? :? Well try WD40 on the bearing, or demand your money back.

Import duty?
There's no duty to pay on stuff purchased from outside the EU if the cost of the goods is below £18 ($34.81) Over £18 there's the possibility* of 17.5% VAT and a 'collection charge' levied by the post office, so it may pay to split an order if appropriate.

Import duty comes in at a higher goods value, when the duty due is over £7.

* I say possibility, there's evidence Customs don't usually bother with small infringements. And that's a UK "perk", conditions may vary in other countries.

Hi all,

Many thanks for the link to my shop :) glad to see someone likes the service.

For 4 x blue yates from US = £18.50
For 4 x blue yates from me = £23.93

so you're paying a few quid extra, but surely the benefits outweigh that?

1)No chance of import duty (you'd be unlucky to be caught on 4 fans i know)
2)If it doesnt work its returned and replaced within a few days
3)You will take delivery of the fans withing 2-3 working days (USA is currently running 10 days for "express" shipping)
4)I bundle in 4 fan screws with each fan :)

Now, if those reasons arent worth £1 per fan (considering what good value these fans are at £5.49 anyway, i know ambers cost £10 each and are inferior) I think and hope i'm providing a good deal :).

Many thanks, and all suggestions for the store welcome.
