I'm looking to replace this:

AD0812UB-A71GL (80x80x25)
DC 12v @ .45a
5.4 Watts
3900 RPM
50 CFM
40.6 dBA
(2 pin connector)

It's quiet, but it makes a buzzing noise that radiates. I'd rather have some air noise than that.

Does anyone know of a fan I could switch in that would replace this one?

They won't move as much air as your current fan but they'll be a lot quieter

I should have mentioned that I won't be controlling the fan. It's inside a PSU. Do you think switching in a lower RPM/voltage fan will cause issues for something thermally controlled like that?
