cud i get sum suggestions on quieting my speakers cause when i turn the volume up to a certian point i start to get this crackling noise and it doesnt go away until my mom tell me to turn the volume down...

i hav monster cables
its not my comp cause i get the same problem when i plug my ipod directly into the amp
the weird thing is that i get the crackling (not from my cell the spkrs are shielded) rightwhen the volume is at like 1 and when it starts to reach 5.
also, does anybody know of any computer sound cards that can take directly wired speakers cause that would be frickin awsome!!!
