fan swap or new PSU?
The fan in my PSU (the original NSK2400 one, can't get the name right now:p) is by far the loudest part in my pc.
The only other moving parts are a 2,5" hdd which is dampened and two D12SL @ 7V.
I am thinking of replacing the PSU fan with the 80mm fan of my Mini Ninja.
The fan is a Scythe Model:DFS802512L
Is this going to be quieter?
The other possibility is a new PSU.
I was thinking of the FSP Zen 300w or a quiet 80mm PSU.
I don't know what to think of 120mm fan PSUs in the NSK2400.
Is there any possible solution i forgot to mention?
Thanks for any hints and help.

That 80mm scythe fan will probably make the PSU a lot quieter.
If you swap the PSU with any model that has been measured by SPCR to be say 22 dBA @1m or less at idle (65W or lower) and no more than 25~26 dBA at 150W load, it will be much quieter that the stocvk PSU.
Any style of fan cooled ATX12V PSU can be used. A fanless PSU is not recommended.

If you've got the money to invest in a new PSU, why not toy with the old one first, see how you like it.
If you still don't like it, you could try Antec's NeoHE line or an EarthWatts, both push-pull PSUs. Neo HE is modular, EarthWatts is not, both are reasonably quiet but have reports of sample variance in reliability and performance. Both can be found on SPCR's Recommend Power Supplies list.

I killed it.
While removing the 2pin clip from the board i broke it off:(
I tried soldering but i hadn't been able to identify where the conducting paths were...
Today I'll try out a friend's NeoHE and see if my pc ramps up.
This NeoHE failed with my pc before i had the videocard (*pray*)
Otherwise I am to buy a new one and wait one week for my pc to work again...
