Quiet system, big overclock

Quiet system, big overclock
ABIT IP35 Pro LGA 775
8800gtx
quad q6600 GO
Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD7500AAKS 750GB
Westinghouse L2410NM Glossy Black 24"
Thermalright HR-03 plus
Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme
Using 2 sflex case fans for heatsinks and 2-3 noctuas for case cooling.
Probably a 5.25 hard drive case, don't know much about them though.
Corsair 520 or 620
6ch zalman fan controller
I'm looking for a pretty quiet system, around 20-25db that I can overclock A LOT.
For a case I am thinking a 182 but I'm worried about cooling. Could a 182 get me above 3.5 with reasonable temps? Around 50C load.
Would a corsair 520 be enough for system including a big voltage increase?
Looking for ram under 200 bucks that overclocks well. 2 gigs 2x1. I was maybe thinking crucial but I know little about memory overclocking.
Also with the hr-03, will hot air pool up at the bottom of the case?, how could I solve this besides a major case mod (Like slicing up my case).

50C load with a G0 on air is tough. you'll be lucky for mid 60's. you're starting a 95W TDP, and you're taking it much higher, so you might idle near 50 unless you go with massive airflow solutions.
i'm not saying its impossible, however i don't believe its as possible as you want [or anyone]
why would you want such a high OC though? wouldn't a quad core be more than enough as is? unless you're doing CAD work or something, its almost pointless, most apps hardly touch 2 cores as is.

Well I would definitely not overclock it that high right when I get it. I am thinking of going that high when I have had it a couple years. Anything above 3 is not needed a whole lot anyways since I will have a gtx. I just want to have the system that I can get that high with later on. What is a case that cools very well but is still pretty quiet? Also I'm still stuck on ram. And with hr-03 plus airflow.
You're going to be working the psu pretty hard with an overclock like that combined with the 8800GTX. I'd definitely recommend a case where you can completely isolate the psu such as the P182. You need low intake temps to keep the psu fan from ramping up.
I think the Corsair 520 could handle just fine with probably 150+ watts of overhead space left.

I had an idea about the hr-03's airflow that I posted here. viewtopic.php?t=43790
What do you think? I know this would probably stop hot air from pooling up but would it hurt/help/not affect the ultra 120 and cpu temps?

If you aren't going to manage the airflow beneath the card, putting the HR-03 above the GPU is an obvious choice. Of course, there will still be a heat issue from the other side of the card. My first thought would be to keep it on the bottom and put fan right next to it along the vacant slots.
An interesting idea would be to make this an intake fan; giving the GPU fresh air directly from the outside. The P180 has twice the exhaust as intake in the main chamber, and this would even things out. Some hot air might be recirculated from the PSU, but a small baffle would be easy to put in.
