Antec Earthwatts 380W for $19.99!
Newegg has a $30 mail in rebate on Antec Earthwatts A380 power supply, which is of course 80 plus certified. I just bought one. Muahahaha!
Edit: $49.99 - $30 MIR = $19.99 + shipping

Replacing my PS in my wife's computer, which is only 60% efficient and always on.
They also have a $20 rebate on the 500w model, but that isn't nearly the same quality of deal.

Got my earthwatts. Strangely, it appears that the earthwatts 380 is actually *louder* than the cheapo Rosewill 350w that it replaced. I even made a cardboard duct to draw cooler air into the power supply, but this didn't seem to help.
One thing about the power supply is the EW has the fan at the back of the case sucking air through the PS, the Rosewill had a fan inside blowing through the PS and out the back. I think this was a reason for the reduced noise.
The power supply had to be installed upside down in my coolermaster case, which actually helped w/ cable management. I ended up re-mounting my hard drive, DVD-burner, and adding a duct to (attempt to) better cool the NB and the graphics card. I also removed 2 80mm fans and replaced them w/ a single 80mm tri-cool that I was able to soft-mount.
The odd thing is a semi-high pitched ringing noise that vaguely reminds me of the long tone on the Emergency Broadcast System. Maybe I'll listen to mike's recordings and see if he picked up any of this.

is definitely a good thing, but what I have lately found is that the cost of shipping things back has really gone up. On some of the lower priced things it doesn't hardly pay to ship back.
