Infernal Machine~~! Video drivers problem?

Post by revloc8 » Wed Mar 12, 2008 7:37 pm

I turned on my computer and it did the normal startup: BIOS, Windows startup screen...then nothing. I'm thinking, "No big deal, I've seen this before. I've gotta corrupt video driver; so, restart in Safe Mode, uninstall drivers, restart, install updated drivers, restart, done." Easier said than done, but nothing I haven't done before...only this time it isnt working.
I tried uninstalling both through the Add/Remove Programs in the control panel, and then repeated the process after that didnt work by uninstalling through the Device Manager. After reinstalling the latest nVidia drivers, I get the same thing: it does BIOS, then the Windows screen and then nothing...My monitor says 신호없ì

Did you use driver cleaner when uninstalling the driver? If not you may wish to download this and follow their driver uninstallation instructions.

Otherwise I'm not sure at present.
