Oh man, I just ordered and payed for an FT-02 two days ago
But it doesn't seem to be an improved sequel, it's a different thing altogether! Much like the others in the Fortress and Raven series

That warranted a new name, that is nothing like a Fortress, that's a Stockade at best

They should have named it Mega Tower
As for Raven 3 argh why oh why can't they make something with same interior but finished in steel and without all the fancy looking parts.

Well, I am typing this message using Windows On-Screen Keyboard because my physical keyboard is currently covered in my own vomit.
No word of a lie, that Raven 3 is probably the ugliest thing I have ever witnessed. Now to go clean carrot chunks from between my keys...

The RV03 is...less than dignified.
But I really like the FT03. I think it's the most clever Micro ATX case I've seen since the SG03. And unlike the SGO3/04, it looks like it has a chance of alleviating the cooling problems that most Micro ATX designs tend to magnify.
I suspect I'll be getting one of these when it's available.

It seems like this Silverstone Fortress FT03 case will be very loud with a good video card and quad core cpu @ 4ghz. I don't see anything in the case design that trys to combat noise and perhaps that is why they did not have it powered on?

The new Raven could be expected. It's obviously targeted at a different crowd than other SilverStone products. I would be surprised if it was not flashy.
But the FT03 I don't get, at all. I could see them putting the PSU and drives opposite the motherboard, and creating a cube with every hot component still getting its own cool air intake from the bottom. Instead they went with a design that stacks heat, and even added some small fans. Plus the ugly white plastic parts. WTF?

Heh. It's a compact thing, more a Fortrette than a Fortress.
As for the Raven 3 - quite creative, putting the psu up front and stashing the HD's behind the mb. Great concepts. But the bling . . .

Well, I like the direction Silverstone's designers are taking with this generation of cases, but to go along with the crowd here, Yes, the RV03 looks a bit... garish, to say the least.
Regarding the FT03 however, I'm smitten. I'll be purchasing one in the next few weeks.

The FT03 is something new and I really appreciate Silverstone for having the balls to try something new like that! Dunno how well it works in real life, and the hot-swap stuff is there mainly to add cost, but either way, it's good to see something new on the markets.
The RV03 on the other hand? Yeah.. The layout is fine, but the bezels are just tacky.
