Be quiet! released its first case and as it turns out, it's a solid efort!

Although I dislike the looks (I'm far more happy with the straight and simple lines that my R4 offers), the presence of great fans, solid materials and a decent price are definitely attractive features. The part I'm most interested in, is the HDD suspension system. Clean, easy and seems to be very effective. What are your thoughts? Any chance SPCR will do a review as well?

That review doesn't make any sense.quest_for_silence wrote:Bit-Tech is much more critical about it.
All others praise the outstanding cooling results, and how the hell do you get lower temperatures with one less 140mm fan as is the case with Define R4.
Just complete gibberish.

Has anyone on SPCR gotten their hands on the Silent Base 800?
The case has nice styling and its price is superb when you factor in the cost of the 3 fans.
Both the silicone hard drive rails and the top panel vents (without leaking too much noise) look good too.
